Most guys skip skincare because it feels unnecessary — the research says otherwise. Male skin is structurally different from female skin, and those differences are exactly why I stopped ignoring mine.

Risk reduction from daily SPF
Regular daily use of SPF 15+ sunscreen has been shown to cut melanoma risk roughly in half — one of the highest-leverage habits in preventive skincare, full stop.

Hours under studio lights and direct sun, plus regular shaving for content, stack up fast on skin barrier health — one more reason I don't skip a step anymore.
