Sunscreen helps prevent sunburn. It also filters out the sliver of sunlight your body uses to make vitamin D — which is how a country this sunny ends up with a skin cancer problem and a vitamin D problem at the same time. This one filters selectively: a narrow band of UVB gets through so you keep making vitamin D, while the UVA and the rest of the UVB are filtered out.
Arms, neck, ears, back of the hands. A full body application is about 35 mL — most people use a third of that, which is how you burn wearing sunscreen.
Every two hours in strong sun. Water resistance wears off — reapply once you have towelled dry.
Reviewers keep the 250 mL in the ute or the work bag. The one at home is the one you forget.
“The amount that you get is phenomenal for the price, and it’s not greasy at all.”
“This SPF is unreal — not greasy at all and soaks in quick. Great for long days outside.”
“Great sunscreen that goes on smooth and keeps me protected during long days in the sun”
